Search did not find my post
This help center’s search box only searches the help articles. To find things in your workspace, use the search and filters in each section:
| Looking for… | Where to look |

| A scheduled or published post | Publish. Switch to Week, Month or Queue, use Select Channels, and pick the right brand (or All brands). |
| A draft | Publish → Queue, filter Draft. |
| A post waiting for review | Approvals → Pending. |
| A post to publish by hand | Publish → Reminders. |
| A comment or message | Engage: Search comments, and check the Open / Resolved toggle. |
| An image or video | Create: Search by file name, and check All media rather than one folder. |
| An idea | Ideas: Search ideas. |
Still can’t find a post?
Section titled “Still can’t find a post?”- Wrong brand. The brand switcher hides other brands’ posts. Choose All brands.
- Wrong timezone. If your timezone changed, posts may appear at a different time than you expect. Check Settings → Global Settings → Timezone.
- It may have been deleted. Ask an admin of your workspace.
