Switch it on

1. Go to Settings → Approvals (admins).

2. Under Hold ‘Post now’ for, choose 30 s, 1 min, 2 min or 5 min (or Off). See the screenshot in Approvals.

Cancel a post

After you select Post Now, the post shows a chip Publishing in m:ss in the queue and calendar. Select Cancel before the countdown ends to stop it.

Once the countdown ends you’ll see Too late to cancel, and the post is published.

Note

The hold also applies to “post now” requests from the API and AI connectors. The countdown chip also appears on posts you simply scheduled within the next few minutes.
