Export reports (CSV and PDF)

In Analyze → Overview, pick the period, brand and channels, then open Export:

• Export CSV: one row per day, channel and metric (date, channel, metric, value). Good for your own spreadsheets.
• Export PDF: a report with your KPIs, channels, top 10 posts and best-time notes. Good for clients and managers.

Other exports:

• Analyze → Hashtags → Export CSV: the hashtag table.
• Analyze → Inbox → Export CSV: team performance.
• Engage → Export CSV: conversations. See Export conversations.

Note

The PDF can’t show emoji or non-Latin scripts (such as Arabic or Chinese); those characters are left out.
