Webhooks and the public API

A webhook sends a message to another tool (for example Zapier, Make or n8n) every time a post is published.

  1. Go to Settings → Webhooks and select Add webhook.

  2. Enter a Name and the URL your other tool gave you.

  3. Choose All integrations or Specific integrations (channels).

  4. Select Send Test to check it arrives, then Save.

Developers can use the API to create posts, list channels and more.

  1. Go to Settings → Agents / Dev.

  2. Select Reveal or Copy next to API Key.

  3. Keep it secret. If it leaks, select Rotate Key to replace it (the old key stops working).

The same page links to the n8n node, the command-line tool and a wizard that helps you build a “create post” request.
