Best times to post

In Analyze → Overview, scroll to Best times to post.

• The heat map shows days of the week against hours of the day. Darker squares did better (Less → More).
• Switch between Engagement, Reach and Views.
• Next slot shows the next good time in the coming week. Select Schedule a post to open the composer at that time.

The subtitle tells you what the map is based on:

• Based on your last posts: your own results.
• Default suggestion until you have more data: you have fewer than 10 posts with data in the last 90 days, so PostNimbo shows a sensible default.
