Missing analytics

Check these first:

1. Wait a day. Analytics are collected once a day, overnight (01:00 UTC). A new channel or a post published today won’t have numbers yet. Select Refresh data in Analyze → Overview to update now.
2. Check the filters. Make sure the brand switcher, All channels and the date range include what you’re looking for.
3. Reconnect the channel. If the channel is disconnected, no new numbers come in. The Channels tab says Reconnect this channel…. See Channel needs reconnecting.
4. The network doesn’t share that metric. Not every network reports every number (for example reach or saves). Those cards stay empty for that channel.
5. Best times show a default. With fewer than 10 posts with data in the last 90 days, the heat map shows a default suggestion. Keep posting and it becomes yours.
6. Hashtags are empty. Only hashtags in published posts with collected numbers appear.

Note

Competitor numbers are collected once a day too. A brand without a channel on the competitor’s network can’t track that competitor. See Competitors.
