Reminders not arriving

If you scheduled a post with Remind me to post and didn’t hear about it, check these in order.

1. Look in the app first. Go to Publish → Reminders. If the post is under Waiting for you, the reminder was sent. It also appears in the notifications bell.
2. Check your spam folder for an email titled Time to post on ….
3. Check who gets the email. Reminder emails go to workspace admins and the people who have access to that post’s brand. If you’re a member of a different brand, you won’t get it.
4. Check the channel isn’t paused. A paused channel or brand holds its posts, reminders included, until you resume.
5. Repeating posts remind you only for the first occurrence.
6. Missed it? Select Resend reminder on the post in the Reminders view.

Note

There are no phone push notifications yet. To be notified on your phone, make sure the email reaches an inbox you check on your phone.
