Use PostNimbo on your phone

There’s no app to install. Open PostNimbo in your phone’s browser (Safari, Chrome and so on) and sign in.

The tab bar

On a phone, the main sections move to a bar at the bottom of the screen.

1. Publish: your calendar, queue and reminders.
2. Engage: the inbox. The badge counts open conversations.
3. + (the big middle button): create a new post.
4. Analyze: your results.
5. More: see below.
6. The brand switcher.
7. The notifications bell.

More opens Create (media), Ideas, Approvals, Agents, the brand switcher, organizations and your account. A badge shows when posts are waiting for approval.

Publish on a phone

1. Channels: your channel list and filters.
2. The view switcher: Day, Week, Month and Queue.
3. Reminders is the bell icon. A red dot means a reminder is waiting. See Publish via reminder.
4. A post’s actions: edit, duplicate, share next, preview, activity and delete.

Write a post on a phone

1. + next to All channels: pick channels, then Done.
2. Edit / Preview: check how the post will look.
3. The date and time.
4. Post, with more options in its menu.
5. The toolbar: media, signature, hashtags, variables and templates.

The inbox on a phone

1. Channels: tap one to see only its conversations.
2. Open / Resolved and Sync now.
3. Search and filters.
4. A conversation. Tap it to read and reply.

Tip

Add PostNimbo to your home screen from the browser’s share menu so it opens like an app.
