White label and custom domain

White label lets agencies present PostNimbo under their own brand to clients and teammates.

  1. Go to Settings → White label (admins).

  2. Fill in what you want to change:

    • Product name
    • Support email
    • Logo URL and Favicon URL (or select Choose to pick from your media)
    • Accent colour

  3. Optional: tick Hide “Powered by” mentions.

  4. Check the Preview, then select Save changes.

Your branding shows in the app and on the sign-in page.

Use your own domain

You can run PostNimbo on an address like social.youragency.com.

  1. At your domain provider, create a CNAME record for the address, pointing to your PostNimbo server.

  2. Contact PostNimbo support with the address. Custom domains are set up and switched on by the PostNimbo team, so the Custom domain field is read-only for workspace admins.
