Export conversations
In Engage, select Export CSV and choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
The file (inbox-YYYY-MM-DD.csv) has one row per conversation with:
- channel and network
- author
- type (comment, mention, message, review)
- status and resolve reason
- tags
- first response time in minutes
- when it was created and resolved
