Terms of using PostNimbo

These terms are an agreement between you and PINOYBITES LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, which operates PostNimbo (postnimbo.com). By creating an account or using PostNimbo you accept them. If you use PostNimbo for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
The service
PostNimbo lets you connect social media accounts you control, schedule and publish posts to them, read and answer engagement in one inbox, and see how your posts perform. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password and two-factor device safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.
- Only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
Your content and the networks' rules
- You keep all rights to the content you create. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the networks you choose, only to provide the service.
- You are responsible for your content and for following the terms, community guidelines and advertising rules of each network you publish to, including disclosure rules for AI-generated or paid content.
- Do not use PostNimbo for spam, misleading or illegal content, harassment, impersonation, or to break any network's limits or automation rules.
Third-party networks
PostNimbo works through the official APIs of each social network. Networks can change or limit their APIs, reject a post, or revoke access at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions or outages. A post that a network does not accept is shown to you as failed.
YouTube
PostNimbo uses YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of your data follows the Google Privacy Policy.
Fees
If a paid plan applies to your workspace, its price and billing period are shown before you agree to it. Unless a plan says otherwise, you can cancel at the end of a billing period.
Suspension and closing your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service, other users or the networks at risk, and we will tell you why where we can.
Availability and liability
We work to keep PostNimbo available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell account owners about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
